• Crawler Shoes: H-E Parts Mining crawler shoes for P&H shovels are cast from manganese steel and formulated for long life. Our design improvements in geometry and surface finishing optimize strength in critical areas and promote the natural work-hardening of the manganese that provides the best combination of value and reliability. H-E Parts design enhancements extend life and improve durability while maintaining full interchangeably with OEM Standard and P&H Delta products. H-E Parts and foundry quality control experts work closely with our casting suppliers to produce the highest quality crawler shoes in the industry backed by an extended warranty. The long life and reliable service of H-E Parts manganese crawler shoes is the result of decades of foundry and engineering experience and shoes successfully delivered to mining customers around the world.
• Link Pins: Our pins are made from domestically sourced 4340 forgings, induction hardened for extended life and machined to exact tolerances. Pins are supplied complete with all required mounting hardware.

• Drive Tumblers: Depending upon the shovel model drive tumblers are cast from specially formulated alloy steel or forged and surface hardened to meet the specific application requirements. Improvements in geometry are incorporated to improve casting quality and offer opportunities to extend life.

  Our undercarriage components are modeled by our Engineering team as a system to assure proper engagement and full OEM interchangeability using proprietary 3D modeling techniques. Drive tumblers may be ordered with either standard manganese-bronze bushings or extended life bushings at customer option. Our undercarriage products meet or exceed OEM specifications.

• Rollers & Idlers: H-E Parts rollers are manufactured from single piece alloy steel forgings, and heat treated for optimum strength and hardness in critical wear areas. The rollers are fully machined on the exterior then painted and preserved for shipment. Our idlers are available in both cast alloy steel or cast manganese steel. Our idlers come standard with high quality bronze bushings; premium long life bushings are also available upon customer request.
