Our Engine Rebuild Process Includes:

  • A detailed teardown report documenting the condition of all major components
  • In-house machining to restore performance and extend component life
  • Major components NDT tested by certified technicians
  • Cylinder block inspection of 50 critical areas, precision machining, and optional spray welding
  • Block machining to restore deck surfaces, liner bores, and bearing bores to specification
  • Crankshaft balancing using the latest processes and customized equipment
  • Match-balanced reciprocating assemblies (rod, piston, and pin)
  • Restoration of original lift and duration on camshafts
  • Dyno testing to confirm peak horsepower and torque output
  • Final 18-point inspection to ensure quality prior to delivery
