On November 11^th, 2021, H-E Parts Mining Solutions officially opened the doors to a new facility in Tucson, AZ, USA. To commemorate this milestone, H-E Parts hosted an open house event. Customers were invited to tour the facility, view product displays, and meet with team members from product management, sales, engineering, and leadership. Additionally, guests were able to indulge in local cuisine and play virtual golf.

The event attracted a crowd consisting of key team members such as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Donald Pfaadt, and President of North American Mining Solutions, Bill Brown. Customers were able to discuss specific needs and how H-E Parts can extend life and lower total cost of ownership.

The new 8400 square foot facility is strategically located off highway 10 in Tucson, AZ. This allows easy access to the facility thus better serving customers in Southwest USA as well as Mexico.
