HEPI Strengthens North American Sales Leadership to Better Support Customers

HEPI is enhancing its North American sales organization to deliver stronger regional support, faster responsiveness, and deeper alignment with customer needs.
Effective May 1, HEPI is introducing a more defined regional leadership structure to ensure customers have clear, dedicated points of contact who understand their markets and operations:
- Jeff Stephens has been appointed North American Sales Director
- Wade Givens will serve as Canada/Mexico Region Sales Manager
- Jeremy Zeiler continues as Western Region Sales Manager
- Yancy Wollenmann has been appointed Eastern Region Sales Manager
- North American Pricing will now report to Justin Skeens
In addition, Tom Berkley has been appointed Executive Vice President, North America. Berkley brings more than 37 years of experience with Brake Supply, strengthening HEPI’s deep industry expertise and customer-first approach.
This enhanced structure reinforces HEPI’s commitment to being easier to do business with by:
- Providing clear regional leadership and accountability
- Improving speed and consistency in customer support
- Bringing industry expertise closer to customer operations
- Strengthening alignment across sales, service, and pricing
