H-E Parts (HEPI) is built on a foundation of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for ethical behavior in all aspects of our work.

We are committed to maintaining a culture where open, honest communication is the norm. If you witness or suspect fraud, abuse or any other unethical or illegal conduct, we encourage you to speak with a member of management. If you prefer to report a concern anonymously, you can do so through our third-party provider, EthicsPoint. This confidential hotline allows you to share information securely and, if you choose, anonymously.

All submissions are handled with care, and your concerns will be heard.

To Make a Report

3. Choose the specific location where the violation took place.
4. Submit your report online or contact us using the phone number listed on this page.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key.” Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
