Our Dura-Lite™ Charge Air Coolers are engineered to deliver unmatched cooling efficiency, longevity, and cost savings. The patented silicone grommet tube-to-header seal system allows free thermal expansion, eliminating stress and cracking associated with traditional brazed or welded joints.

With reinforced tanks and an offset outer fin design, Dura-Lite™ CACs reduce debris build-up, ensuring consistent performance over time. An internal baffle system increases cooling efficiency by evenly distributing air across the core, which also reduces fuel consumption. Every unit is dyno-tested and water-tested for leak-free reliability, guaranteeing exceptional performance in the field.
