Within 24 hours H-E Parts had 16\u00a0crusher specialists and technicians mobilized on-site to\u00a0perform a complete concave liner change.\u00a0The specialist service team consisted of all necessary disciplines, with the project requiring the removal of the worn concave\u00a0liners, surface preparation via sandblasting and reinstating new concave liners.\u00a0The time constraints were already challenging before a delay due to rain meant rescheduling of project tasks. In spite of these\u00a0challenges, the team finished the work earlier than expected, impressing the customer with H-E Parts responsiveness along with\u00a0fast supply and service turnaround time.
