Several days earlier a\u00a0service exchange unit had been returned to H-E Parts and had\u00a0been stripped, sandblasted and assessed for re-manufacture\u00a0work to allow it to be placed back into stock.\u00a0H-E Parts received an out of hours call from BHP and asked if\u00a0they were able to assist. That same day H-E Parts mobilized\u00a0labor, scoped the requirement and set forth completing the job\u00a0achieving the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expedited the request through to service completion within\u00a0a 12 hour period.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinated manning, repair parameters and logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The radiator was received, installed and the dozer was back to\u00a0work the next day, ensuring equipment downtime was kept to\u00a0a minimum and production interruption minimalized.<\/p>\n<p>H-E Parts is a certified Mesabi repair center meaning only\u00a0genuine parts and authorized repairs are performed by our\u00a0trained technicians.
