BHP Mt Arthur Coal (BHP) required an industrial radiator\u00a0supplied at short notice for their Caterpillar D11T dozer, due to\u00a0the inability of the OEM dealer to supply. Several days earlier a\u00a0service exchange unit had been returned to H-E Parts and had\u00a0been stripped, sandblasted and assessed for re-manufacture\u00a0work to allow it to be placed back into stock.\u00a0H-E Parts received an out of hours call from BHP and asked if\u00a0they were able to assist. That same day H-E Parts mobilized\u00a0labor, scoped the requirement and set forth completing the job\u00a0achieving the following:<\/p>\n
The radiator was received, installed and the dozer was back to\u00a0work the next day, ensuring equipment downtime was kept to\u00a0a minimum and production interruption minimalized.<\/p>\n
