H-E Parts approached Roy Hill with a proposal to offer a cost-effective solution to their on-going issues associated with <g class=\"gr_ gr_89 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"89\" data-gr-id=\"89\">the teeth<\/g> failure and premature wear. This proposal involved H-E Parts utilizing their engineering and service experience and expertise to provide Roy Hill with a solution preventing the continued failure and premature wear of their sizer segment teeth and therefore providing for reduced costs, increased outage intervals and overall reliability of their equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAGE 1 &#8211; IMPROVED MATERIAL<\/strong><br>H-E Parts technical specialists conducted a detailed wear analysis of the application and initially recommended improving the material selection of the sizer teeth whilst maintaining the OEM design, as this would allow a benchmark for comparison. Running in direct comparison to the OEM supplied sizer teeth, the H-E Parts sizer teeth lasted approximately 25% longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> STAGE 2 &#8211; NEW IMPROVED MATERIAL AND DESIGN<\/strong><br> In-line with H-E Parts philosophy of continuous improvement and wear management principles, H-E Parts then offered a further advancement to the initial product trailed at Roy Hill. This saw not only a further material <g class=\"gr_ gr_22 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"22\" data-gr-id=\"22\">upgrade,<\/g> but also a redesign of the sizer teeth to allow for <g class=\"gr_ gr_61 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"61\" data-gr-id=\"61\">extended  <g class=\"gr_ gr_29 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"29\" data-gr-id=\"29\">aintenance<\/g><\/g> intervals to be achieved. Roy Hill approved the recommended  H-E Parts product <g class=\"gr_ gr_23 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"23\" data-gr-id=\"23\">trial,<\/g> and the result was an immediate improvement of 50% over OEM design.
