The workshop is strategically located to provide support to New South Wales customers from various mine sites and quarrying operations. A workshop in the region will provide customers access to a local service team with the ability to repair critical components locally, as well as mobilize site service teams quickly. The workshop will allow H-E Parts to offer faster turnaround of repairs, quicker and cheaper mobilization for site services and the ability to hold critical spares in the region. Gordon Fogwill, VP Global Crushing Solutions stated that \u201cthe new facility will provide our customers with elevated service levels and support, combined with our high-quality products which H-E Parts have become synonymous in the industry with\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The local team in Orange offer fixed and mobile minerals processing plant asset management for the entire scope of on-site maintenance support work covering; assembly, installation, commissioning, diagnostics, shutdowns, breakdowns and plant upgrades. Planning, technical support and engineering are also conducted in-house, which allows H-E Parts to provide a full-service support package for the entire asset life-cycle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H-E Parts can also provide project\nmanagement, planners, supervisors, service specialists\/technicians and\ntradespeople for turn-key installations, maintenance shutdowns or failures, and\nprovide preventative maintenance proposals and major refurbishment work\nglobally. H-E Parts also offer 3D scanning and engineering services for\nredesign and optimization of plant.
