We can provide special packaging materials with shipping direct to your customers, complete with your labels and packing lists. This type of 'blind' shipping allows you to utilize our warehouse as your own, so it appears the product is being sent directly from you � the distributor. Also, our four distribution centers allow us to cut shipping costs and pass the additional savings on to you.

On occasion, there are unanswered questions or other hurdles that may be difficult for your salesperson to overcome. Specialty Casting (Custom Services)
H-E Parts offers customized options for any unique situation. We provide custom castings, forgings, and fabrications built to your exact specifications. We also provide metallurgical testing for comparison and technical analysis. If you need a one-of-a-kind part made, or just need to make an exact replica of an existing part, we can extract the chemical composition and analyze its physical properties to make the part custom for you. Additionally, we can fabricate an existing design with a different chemical composition than is standard.

Tungsten Carbide Application Services
The addition of tungsten carbide gives tools increased in surface hardness and resistance to abrasion, while retaining the strength and toughness of the original material. Tungsten carbide is applied to localized areas on the cutting, relief, or forming edges of steel tools. This process increases wear life two to three times, increases production efficiency, and saves on tool cost. H-E Parts can apply tungsten carbide to a variety of tools.

Undercarriage Services
H-E Parts full-service shop area is equipped with three overhead cranes, three fully tooled track presses, and idler build up machine. We can build up common wear areas in your undercarriage system to original specifications without installing new replacement parts - saving you up to 75% in repair costs. And we custom manufacture hydraulic systems for crawlers and convert cable pull type scrapers to hydraulic.

Track Presses: With three WS200 Wolf 200-ton track presses, H-E Parts has the tooling and experience to service almost any make or model of track equipment. Our highly trained technicians turn pins and bushings, install new pins and bushings, and change track shoes quickly and cost effectively Grace Track delivers the professional results you demand.

Idler Build-up: Hundreds of times each year, our expert technicians disassemble idlers and analyze wear in all areas, including seals, bushings, shafts. They use specialized welding techniques and a subarch idler build-up machine to restore idlers to original specifications with less downtime and at a dollar cost significantly less than replacement.
