H-E PARTS INTERNATIONAL UNVEILS NEW BRAND
Atlanta, Georgia - July 23, 2010: H-E Parts International and their group of companies announce the global launch of their new branding strategy.
On July 23, 2010, via each company's websites, H-E Parts International will unveil the new face of H-E Parts International, Birrana, CME, Crown Parts and Machine, Dom-Ex, and H-E Parts Distribution.
H-E Parts International is the leading independent supplier of aftermarket parts and components serving the mining and construction industries. Rebranding the companies of H-E Parts International is an outward reflection of the many inward strengths and synergies realized since combining the group of companies. "We desired for our customers and vendors to see not only a unity in ownership but commonality of purpose. We elected to change our company brands to improve the visibility of the H-E Parts group of companies," said J.P. Richard, CEO and Founder H-E Parts International.
Since 2006, H-E Parts has acquired seven independently owned companies. With over 200 years combined experience, each of the seven companies carried strong pre-existing brand identities. It is H-E's vision to utilize the value of the existing brands, while moving forward with an updated look that recognizes the companies as a whole.

H-E PARTS DISTRIBUTION NAMES RAKESH LUTHRA AS "DIRECTOR ENGINEERING AND CASTINGS".
Atlanta - Monday , February 1st. - H-E Parts Distribution announced it has appointed Rakesh Luthra as "Director of Engineering and Castings" (www.h-eparts.com). H-E Parts Distribution is an international supplier of quality off-highway aftermarket parts for heavy construction machinery, quarry earth moving equipment, including Caterpillar�, Komatsu�, and John Deere�. This newly created position will serve to enhance H-E Parts Distribution's Ground Engaging Tool business. H-E Parts Distribution is the merger of TractoAmerica, Grace Track Service and Getco Ltd. into a single equipment parts company with warehouses in Seattle, Des Moines, Toronto, Atlanta and Miami. The new company will supply high quality aftermarket replacement Engine Parts, Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools and Specialty Casting Services to customers in the Americas. H-E Parts Distribution will officially begin operations on July 1, 2009.
JP Richard, CEO and founder of H-E Parts International stated "the consolidation of these successful companies directly supports our long term objectives at H-E Parts International. We aim to provide our customers with a superior alternative to many traditional OEM channels by combining quality, competitive pricing and responsiveness."
H-E Parts Distribution combines over 130 years of quality customer service from key locations in North America to further improve the value we provide to our customer. The new company will maintain all distribution rights and licenses currently enjoyed by TractoAmerica, Grace Track Service and Getco Ltd. The full product line will be marketed and available from all distribution sales locations.
Online services will be available at H-E Parts Distribution's new website www.h-eparts.com. Current websites of TractoAmerica, Grace Track Service and Getco Ltd. will remain functional indefinitely. Those websites are www.getcoltd.com ; www.tractoamerica.com ; and www.gracetrackservice.com. All existing phone numbers will remain in place.
